Newton Water Restrictions Removed

Newton- Water restrictions have been removed from the city of Newton. The city has
announced that they have moved from mandatory water conservation to voluntary
water conservation. The city uses around four million gallons a day and the Jacob
Fork River is currently flowing at 27 million gallons a day.
