Teenager Shot

Catawba County- A man is in jail after shooting a teenager this morning. Dennis
Bostic, 52, shot Christen Abernathy , 17, early this morning along 2310 Highway 321
near Newton. Abernathy was in-between an argument between is mother and Bostic
and Abernathy was shot twice in the stomach. Abernathy is in Catawba Valley
Medical Center in stable condition.
