Burke County Schools Wins Grant
Morganton- Burke County Public Schools recently was awarded a grant totaling nearly six million dollars.
The school system was awarded the Safe Schools / Healthy Students program. This grant is from the United States Government.
This money will be going to help students are dealing with drug problems, who are missing school, and violence problems.
