Inmate Escapes, Recaptured
Catawba County- An escaped inmate from Gaston County was captured Monday evening in Catawba County.
Michael Littlejohn escaped from the Gaston Correctional Center Saturday.
Littlejohn was captured inside a vacant home in the town of Catawba. He was caught at around 6:00 p.m. Monday.
Littlejohn has been placed in the Alexander Correctional Institute. He will be held there until his court appearance.
