Lenoir Fire Named Arson
Lenoir- A vacant home fire is believed to have been started by an arsonist.
Police say that the vacant home along Sunset Street caught fire at around 11:00 p.m. Saturday.
Firefighters were on the scene for nearly two hours.
Following an investigating, fire officials believe that the fire began at the rear of the home. The Lenoir Police Department is now investigating the
blaze as an arson.
The owner of the home died approximately one year ago.
