Break-Ins Related

Catawba County- Over ten break-ins in Catawba County are related. According to
WSOC-TV News 9, twelve break-ins occurred overnight Wednesday and early
Thursday morning in Catawba County. Seven of the break-ins were in Newton, four
in Hickory, and one in Conover. Police say the thieves would enter through the front
door by cutting off the lock and then would steal the money. Police are continuing to
investigate.
