Former Bauer Human Resource Administrator Talks To Employees
Icard- Bauer Industries employees learned more details Wednesday from the former human resource administrator
on why the plant suddenly shut down. Cindy Foster, who was the company's former human resource administrator,
met with former employees at Granny's Kitchen in Icard. Foster distributed the final checks to the employees, saying
there was just enough money left for the final checks. Foster also gave former employees a packet of information,
including further education, United Way services, insurance information, and other information. Also, many
employees are worried about their health insurance and are unsure whether they will be able to afford health
insurance.
