Boone- A Connelly Springs man has been arrested and charged in a robbery case that occurred in Boone.
Tony Tomlinson, 44, has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor larceny and one count of attempted misdemeanor larceny. Police say that the robber entered three convenience stores in Boone in September 2008. Police say that the person would then spill water on the ground and tell the clerk. While the clerk was cleaning up the water, the thief would allegedly steal merchandise from the store. Tomlinson was placed in jail under a $1,500 bond. (Some information from The News Herald) |
