Burke County- The Chesterfield Family Restaurant was damaged Monday morning by fire.

Firefighters began battling the blaze at around 1:00 a.m. on Monday.

The fire was contained to an office area; however, the dining area was damaged by heat and smoke.

Fire officials are investigating the cause of the fire.

There is no word on damage estimates.
